Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery Time
Orders within India are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be sent to your registered email address or phone number. Tracking may take some time to become active.
Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Orina Jewels is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Delayed, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is significantly delayed, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos, where applicable.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, customer unavailability, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
International Shipping
We currently ship primarily within India. International shipping may be offered in the future, subject to applicable charges, taxes, and customs requirements.
